Moussoukoro est une jeune Sénégalaise ayant fait toutes ses études dans son pays d’origine et passionnée des technologies de l’information et de la communication. Actuellement Chargée de communication digitale pour la  Société financière internationale (SFI), représentant du Groupe de la Banque mondiale dans le secteur privé, elle a également occupé ces fonctions aux Nations Unies. Fondatrice de la communauté Africaine « Digital Mousso », elle se bat pour plus de représentation des femmes dans les technologies.

Membre du réseau des blogueurs du Sénégal, Moussoukoro s’active dans plusieurs domaines pour faire bouger les lignes.

Après son Baccalauréat S2 obtenu à l’internat d’excellence, la Maison d’Education Mariama Bâ de Gorée, Moussoukoro s’est spécialisée dans l’Informatique en faisant ses études à l’ESP (Ecole Supérieure Polytechnique) et à l’ISI (Institut Supérieur d’Informatique).

En mars 2015, elle a été élue parmi les femmes digitales de l’année. Dans le Forbes Afrique du mois de juin 2015, elle a été citée comme une des rares femmes d’Afrique de l’Ouest à innover dans le domaine du digital.

Engagée, elle a participé à l’organisation du 1er forum Africtivistes à Dakar, à plusieurs combats au Sénégal comme le 23 juin, #NonAuMur, #SenStopEbola, #AfricaSaysNo, 1 an #BringBackOurgirls, scolarisation des jeunes filles, lutte contre les maltraitances subies par les femmes, meilleure formation des femmes sur les réseaux sociaux, meilleure implication des femmes dans les TICs.

En dehors de ses activités citoyennes, elle travaille beaucoup dans le social pour venir en aide à des couches défavorisées via les associations.
Initiatrice de #JigeenuSenegal, avec les femmes du Réseau des blogueurs du Sénégal, elle rend hommage via le blog et les réseaux sociaux à toutes ces femmes battantes et anonymes.

Dans le spécial Sénégal du magazine « Jeune Afrique » de Décembre 2016, Moussoukoro Diop est classée dans le TOP 9 des personnes les plus influentes sur Twitter au Sénégal.

Figure emblématique du digital et de l’activisme au féminin au Sénégal, elle travaille étroitement avec des associations pour la défense de la démocratie par les citoyen.
Grande curieuse, vivante et amoureuse de l’art, elle fait aussi la promotion de la destination de son pays le Sénégal via les réseaux sociaux en postant souvent de belles images du Sénégal car elle croit fortement en cette phrase :  » Chaque citoyen, est le premier ambassadeur de son pays. ».
En tant que femme elle ne se donne pas de limites et croit vivement au pouvoir que les femmes ont pour faire avancer leur pays et révolutionner le monde du digital.

Senegalese woman, born in Dakar with Guinean, Malian and Gambian Origins, has always had a passion for computers, digital, social and moreover activism.
Former resident of the intern school of excellence for young girls, Education Home Mariama Bâ of Gorée, she learned there to always upgrade her performances and to strongly believe in the ability of women to change important matters in the world.
From 6th to 12th grade, she was groomed with one single objective, to succeed in her studies and to live in pursuit of excellence.
After graduating from high school with a sciences Diploma, she joined the Ecole Supérieure Polytechnique to learn computer science and electronics. From her 1st degree at 22, she began to work in a large IT corporation. Highly experienced in this field, she started the Engineer program on computer science.
She fell in love with the digital world to which she initiated herself by launching the official page of Tigo Senegal on social networks while managing other pages. Fascinated by the magic of the web, she got herself deeper and deeper into the digital lifestyle and works on the e-reputation of certain figures in Senegal and large companies operating in the country.

As a committed activist, she has participated in several actions in Senegal, such as June 23rd 2013, #NonAuMur, #SenStopEbola, #AfricaSaysNo, 1 year #BringBackOurgirls, schooling for girls, and fight against the abuse suffered by women…

Moussou is currently working at the International Finance Corporation and is based in Washington, DC Moussou joins IFC from the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO of the UN) regional office for West Africa and Sahel based in Dakar, where she was the Head of Digital Communication, covering over 17 countries. Prior to FAO, Moussou worked as Digital Manager for two major telecom operators in Senegal. Moussou is one of the ambassadors of the Network of Bloggers of Senegal and has been a strong proponent of fighting for the rights of women to be better represented in the digital world. She was nominated as The Digital Woman of the Year in 2015 by the digital community in Senegal, a recognition for her work as a woman who strives to spread and advance digital media and communications in Senegal. With over 26,300 followers on twitter, Moussou was named by Forbes Africa 2015 as one of the few women in West Africa to innovate in the field of digital communications. She was also nominated by Jeune Afrique as one of the Top 9 twitter influencers in Senegal in December 2016. Moussou holds a degree in Computer Science Engineering from The Institut Superieur Informatique in Senegal and a bachelor in Electronics, Computer Science and Technology from the Ecole Superieure Polytechnique in Senegal. She also has roots in Mali, Guinea and Gambia and is passionate about music, arts, fashion, design, reading and sports. Her personal mantra is: “Women, you do not need a diploma—in computer science or in communications. You only need to be passionate and never give up. “

Beside her activism, she works a lot in the social context, through helping the disadvantaged populations of the society via the associations to which they belong.
Emblematic figure of the digital world and activism for women in Senegal, she works closely with members of civil society as  Africtivistes.
With her Huge curiousity, her joie-de-vivre and her love of art and culture, she promotes the destination of her country via social networks by often posting beautiful images of Senegal because she strongly believes that: « every citizen, is the first Ambassador of his country. »
As a woman she does not set limits for herself and strongly believes in the power of women to bring progress and advance their country.
